Hyderabad's residential market is unlike any other Indian metro: sprawling independent villas in Jubilee Hills, Banjara Hills and Film Nagar, new-money glass towers in Kokapet and the Financial District, weekend farmhouses toward Shamirpet and Moinabad, and corporate campuses across HITEC City, Gachibowli and Madhapur. Each demands a different lighting logic.
Villas here are large enough to deserve what high-rise apartments can't have: wired DALI and DMX backbones, landscape and facade schemes that read from the street, pool and terrace lighting that extends the home outdoors for eight months of the year. Our schemes are engineered for Hyderabad realities — granite and exposed-stone facades that reward grazing light, double-height living rooms, and the dust and heat that kill cheap outdoor fixtures within two summers.

Do you have a showroom or experience centre in Hyderabad?
Yes — our studio is at Plot #47, Road #76, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. Fixture samples, control demonstrations and design consultations happen here. Site visits across Hyderabad are typically scheduled within a day or two.
What does architectural lighting design cost for a villa in Hyderabad?
It depends on size and scope, but as a working frame: design plus fixtures for a full villa scheme typically runs a small percentage of overall interior cost while changing how every other rupee reads after dark. We provide a line-item proposal from your floor plan — design, fixtures, control and commissioning visible separately.
Can you take over a project where electrical work has already started?
Yes — a large share of our Hyderabad work begins mid-construction. We audit what is conduited, save what can be saved, and adapt the scheme. Earlier is always better, but mid-stage rescue is a routine engagement for us.
Do you light facades and landscapes, or only interiors?
Both, and they are designed together. Hyderabad villas live outdoors much of the year — facade grazing, garden, pool and terrace lighting are part of most residential schemes we deliver.
