The window between booking and possession

Hyderabad's new-luxury growth is concentrated in a single arc — Kokapet and Neopolis, Narsingi, Tellapur, Kollur, Gandipet and the Financial District. Thousands of villas and apartments here are sold long before they are finished. Most buyers wait until they have the keys to think about smart-home features, and by then the walls are closed, the floors are laid, and every cable becomes a compromise.

The owners who get the best homes do the opposite. They plan automation while the home is still being built — when a control backbone, network cabling, conduit runs and keypad positions can still be placed exactly right. It costs less disruption, looks cleaner, and leaves room to grow into a cinema, an EV charger or an extra floor of control later.

We map what your home should do and translate it into a first-fix wiring and conduit plan before plastering — the single highest-leverage decision.

We work with the developer, architect and electrical contractor to the possession schedule — drawings that fit the build, not fight it.

A KNX or Control4 backbone for lighting, climate, curtains, AV and security — expandable for years, not a patchwork of consumer gadgets.

Already have the keys?

Possession done? We switch to professional wireless retrofits with minimal civil work, so a finished new home is still automated to a high standard.

One studio for light and control

We are an architectural lighting design studio first, so we design your lighting and the automation that controls it together — on Control4 or KNX with DALI dimming — rather than bolting control onto whatever fixtures arrive. Questions we are asked

I have booked a villa that hands over in a year — when should I start on automation?

Now is ideal. The most valuable window is between booking and fit-out, while electrical and conduit work can still be influenced. Planning a control backbone before plastering and flooring means a cleaner, more capable home and far less disruption than retrofitting after you move in.

Can you work within my builder's specification and possession timeline?

Yes. We coordinate with the developer, architect and electrical contractor, supplying first-fix wiring drawings that fit the build schedule, then returning at second-fix to install and commission. We work to the possession timeline rather than against it.

What if possession has already happened and the home is handed over?

Still very doable. For handed-over homes we shift to professional wireless systems that retrofit with minimal civil work. You lose some of the elegance of wiring during construction, but a finished new home can absolutely be automated to a high standard.

Do you only cover certain areas of Hyderabad?

We work across the new-construction corridor — Kokapet and Neopolis, Narsingi, Tellapur, Kollur, Gandipet and the Financial District — as well as established neighbourhoods like Jubilee Hills and Banjara Hills. If new homes are being built there, we can plan automation for them.
